CIRCUIT CIVIL - As an attorney licensed in the State of Florida for more than twenty-five years, I have represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, products liability, premises liability, negligent security, defamation, breach of contract and employment law related issues. In each and every situation, I make sure I understand the issues, each client's position and I communicate clearly between the parties and counsel.
FAMILY LAW - During my legal career, I have represented husbands, fathers, wives, mothers, spouses in same sex marriages and children. I not only utilize my legal experience but, also my personal experiences as a father of four children, small business owner and military veteran to relate to the difficult issues facing families going through a legal dispute and provide practical suggestions for resolution. Most importantly, your clients are heard and treated with respect.
COUNTY COURT - Mediation offers a constructive approach to resolving disputes efficiently. By facilitating open communication between parties, mediation helps to reach mutually beneficial agreements when possible, without the need for lengthy court proceedings. This solution is particularly effective for cases involving smaller amounts, allowing individuals to find resolution in a supportive environment. RATES - Two hour minimum for half day mediations and three hour minimum for full day mediations.
Circuit Mediation - $400.00 per hour split between the parties.
Family Law Mediation - $300.00 per hour split between the parties.
County Mediation - $300.00 per hour split between the parties.
Our Approach
We provide mediation services led by a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator.
Our goal is to facilitate smooth resolutions for circuit, family, and county matters. We do this by communicating clearly and accurately, listening carefully and respecting all parties involved. We make suggestions for creative solutions to difficult problems.
